Berry Breakfast Bake
Adapted from Good Housekeeping December 2017
In a greased baking dish, combine 1 cup each old-fashioned oats and quinoa, 1/2 cup roasted almonds (I used pecans), 3 Tbsp. chia seeds and 1 tsp. baking powder. Pour a mix of 2 1/4 cups milk, 1 Tbsp. melted butter and 1 Tbsp. vanilla on top. I added some cinnamon to the milk mixture. Top with 3 cups berries and bake at 375°F for 45 min. Serve with Greek Yogurt and drizzle with honey as desired.
