Best Oven Hash
1cup coarsely groind cooked beef
1 cup coarsely grounf cooked potatoes
1/4 cup ground onion
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 6-ounce can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Lightly mix first 8 ingredients. Turn into 1-quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes or till heated through. Makes 4 servings.
My version:

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 6-ounce can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted.
Follow the directions from the original recipe.
And so now I know what bison tastes like. Something new in the new year....
