Brownie Popcorn Treat
Ingredients:

Directions:
Brownie Layer:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease brownie pan and set aside.
2. Melt butter and chocolate in small sauce pan, stirring frequently.
3. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and both sugars. Stir in melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until completely combined.
4. Spread batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
5. Cool completely before adding popcorn layer.
Popcorn Layer:
1. Combine marshmallows and butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute, and stir. Cook for 15 seconds, and stir. Repeat until
marshmallows and butter are completely melted.
2. Stir in the peanut butter baking chips, until completely melted. Repeat 15 second microwaving if needed.
3. Fold in popcorn.
4. Spread mixture evenly over brownie base. Press additional popcorn onto top of marshmallow layer, to fill any gaps that may exist.
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over top. Allow chocolate to cool before cutting.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Popcorn Layer:
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter baking chips
- 3 cups popcorn + additional 1 cup for pressing on top (I used pumpkin spice popcorn)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
