Earl Grey Vanilla Tea Latte
Aka London Fog

Ingredients
I decided that since the focus is on vanilla, I added two bags of Harney and Son's lovely vanilla tea. It made for a wonderful combination of soothing comfort and delightful flavor on a gray dinghy kind of day.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 Earl Grey teabags
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 4 cups milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- Set a medium pan over high heat and add the water.
- When the water begins to boil, turn the heat to low and add the teabags.
- Let the tea steep until it is dark and strong as possible (about 5-7 minutes).
- While you're waiting for the tea to steep slice open the vanilla bean pod and scrape the seeds out using the back of a paring knife.
- Set the pod and seeds aside.
- Remove the teabags from the pot and stir in the honey until it dissolves.
- Add the milk, the vanilla beans and whole vanilla bean pod and stir gently with a spoon until the mixture reaches a simmer.
- Keep the heat low to prevent the mixture from boiling. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes over low heat, stirring every minute or two.
- Strain and enjoy!
