- 1 cup dry macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic
Instructions
- Cook macaroni per package instructions
- melt butter over medium heat
- add flour to melted butter, cook for a couple of minutes
- Stir in chicken broth (I don't pour it all in at once. I'll add a little at a time to gauge thickness)
- Stir in your cheeses until it closely resembles gooey goodness
- Add cooked macaroni
- stir in garlic and salt and pepper to taste
