Mexican Chef Salad
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- Large tomato, diced
- Doritos chips (regular kind - nacho cheese flavor), crushed
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Kraft french dressing
- Cook ground beef until browned. Add kidney beans. Remove from heat, allow to cool ~5 minutes.
- Mix together all of the ingredients to build the salad. Enjoy.
