Roasted Bacon-Wrapped Chicken and Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(as many as wanted/needed)
- 1 or 2 strips of bacon per breast (it all depends on the size of the breast and how much you love bacon)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 head of cauliflower, cored and chopped into florets
- 1 head of garlic, cloves peeled
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Wrap with bacon. Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the cauliflower with garlic and olive oil. Season to taste.
- Add the vegetables to the chicken and roast for about 20 minutes more.
