Georgia I have been a big fan of one pot wonders for as long as I can remember More often then not you have your entire meal in one handy dandy pot. Less pots = less cleanup. I made this Chicken and Dirty Rice recipe the other night and to quote Amy. It was Fire!! Ya'll this dish was amazing. And was just as yummy the next day as leftovers. If you are looking for a flavorful meal with a hint of spice.. You have to try this.. What's nice about a dish like this is a little goes a long way.. AmyI believe we had a chili cook off at one time. Let's face it, it's chili weather. You get another chili recipe! In this case, I'm going with one from the latest issue of The Pioneer Woman magazine. I picked up the Fall issue when I was at the Mercantile. I didn't know she had a magazine. If you haven't read her magazine, don't. Too few recipes and too many turquoise colored accessories. In this issue there's 2 recipes for chili. I made the veggie chili. A friend has never had veggie chili and requested this. Kind of odd to be so set in one's way as to never try a damn meatless chili but okay. This is an exceptionally flavorful chili. I'd bother to get more of this magazine if food remained the focus. I'll save you all a few bucks right now: Veggie Chili from The Pioneer Woman Magazine Fall 2017 Ingredients:

The only "work" in this delightful chili is chopping up the veggies. You can do it! NikitaWe love one pan meals. I usually prep them in the morning, and Matt will finish them off in the oven. #teamwork This week we made two meals, but the one listed here was a lot more flavorful. Once again we all manage to make 3 very different dishes. Oh what fun! Georgia, Amy and Nikita
