Earlier this week I got a text from Nikita explaining to me that she made pizza and it was so bad that they had to go to Subway instead.. :(
I've borrowed a page from Nikita's cookery book and have borrowed her idea of using naan as the crust for pizza. This is the second time I've made pizza this way. I love it for several reasons. Naan is an unleavened Indian flat bread. It's the perfect size and thickness for making individual pizzas. This way everyone gets what they want on their pizza.
There is no shame an using cheats where you need to. I confess I try to make what I can.. But time is a major factor for us working ladies. There a lot of pre-made foods that are very healthy.
