Savory Stone Fruit Gazpacho
In a blender, puree nectarines, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper until smooth.
Refrigerate at least 1 hr. and up to overnight. Serve topped with sliced nectarines, cracked pepper and extra drizzle of oil.

- 1 1/4 lbs. nectarines or peaches ( about 4 small), pitted, plus slices for serving
- 1 lb. red or orange heirloom tomatoes( about 3), quartered
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, plus more for serving
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
- Kosher salt and pepper
