NikitaNot quite a baked dish this week but delicious nonetheless! This pie does best in the freezer. Take it out 5-10 mins before serving, and it becomes a perfect marshmallowy softness with a stiffer crust. The beginning of our "Pumpkin Spice" fall! More to come...... Jade (Jen's daughter) Cammy I still have cans of pumpkin so what else should I do? Mom answered that question when she sent me the link for this pumpkin turtle cheesecake. It was worth the work to make it. I also probably should have left it in the fridge for several hours longer before I cut into it as it still hadn't completely chilled. It was still delicious! I had a serious sweet tooth today. While I was waiting for the cheesecake to chill, I baked some brownies with caramel as well... Busy bake week for the ladies and I LOVE Jade's cupcakes
