Kentucky Butter Cake

​Kentucky Butter Cake is an absolute and unequivocal "YES!"  With 1 1/2 cups of butter and 2 1/2 cups of sugar, I would definitely recommend either making it to take to some party and/or function or share with you neighbors as it is really difficult to resist the temptation of eating way more than one should!  I served this one with strawberries and whipped cream, but it would be equally as good drizzled with caramel or chocolate.   Oh, better yet, how about strawberries, chocolate drizzle and whipped cream?!?!
