Cammy When he brings home huge amounts of rhubarb and you still have rhubarb from last year in the freezer, what do you do? Well, today I made a rhubarb pineapple upside down cake. I have to say, this one is an absolute win! I will figure out what to do with the rest of it tomorrow or even the day after. I suspect a rhubarb crumble may also be in our future Georgia This is a great cheater dessert. We had some apples that were pretty close to the end of their life and some refrigerated crescent rolls. Super simple. You can either use apple pie filling. It make your own. Take your crescent triangles and line a cupcake tin. Fill each with the apple pie filling, fold over the triangle part of your crescent. Bake for about 15 minutes in a 350 oven. Glaze is nothing more than milk and powdered sugar.
