GeorgiaLast week's Sunday dinner theme was Czech food. My job, of course is dessert. Thanks to the wonders of Pinterest I was able to find a few Czech dessert recipes. I ended up making these Kolaches. They turned out to be pretty tasty. One thing I would do differently is make the pastry a little smaller and thinner. otherwise the flavor was pretty delish. kolaches Ingredients For the dough:

AmyThis may not look like much but dressing it with some fresh fruit does help. The original recipe calks for a 9x13 pan but I easily downsized it to a bread loaf pan.
