I skipped having any form of potato as a side and went with this instead: Smoky Cauliflower Bites 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric 1/8 tsp. chili powder Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix first six ingredients. Add cauliflower florets; toss to coat. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Roast until tender, 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway. I was not feeling it for cheese in the burgers so I put 1/2 slice of Provolone on my plate. Also, I used fresh spinach instead of arugula. I choose to be strong to the finish. Georgia Donuts..
