Cammy Carrying the German theme into Sunday, I made this delicious Peach Kuchen. I was worried about my hands hurting from "cutting in the butter" but it was not bad at all. The crust is actually more like a shortbread crust than anything else. The peaches were very sweet. I did bake an additional 10 minutes as the crust didn't seem to be done under the peaches. That may well be preference though.
