Amy I made stir fry the other day and had a couple of cups of leftover rice. Rice pudding it is. I love eating rice pudding in place of oatmeal for breakfast from time to time. Mix it up a bit. I found a recipe for a lovely rice pudding in Breakfast Lunch Tea:Rose Bakery by Rose Carrarini. Since I had cooked rice, I cut the baking time in half. Also, I 'm feeling lazy so I took a photo of the recipe as opposed to tying it up. Whatever. It's still a yummy rice pudding. There. I think we all need less stodgy masses in our lives
