NikitaThese are called Thumbprint Cookies; however, I challenge thy name! I couldn't make my thumbprint work, so I used my pinky finger for the indentation. I have made these cookies three time since the first batch two weeks ago. They are that a-mazing! My boss lady even told me they were the best cookies she has ever tasted and asked if I would sell them to her. Haha! The recipe calls for raspberry jam, but I explored an little and used fig preserves and apricot preserves.
