Georgia Not quite a bake. But it was still cooked in the oven.. So close?!?!
Anywho I found this recipe in the latest edition of Bon Appetit and thought.. Hmm.. This looks like something I need to try. So I did.. I didn't have any Za'atar on hand.. Because who does? So I reached out to my friend Mr. Google and found what the blend was made of. (See second recipe) I roasted some brussell sprouts to go with the chicken. The verdict.. I really liked it. Great flavor. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The husband said the chicken was cooked nicely.. The flavor.. he wasn't so wild about. You'll have to give it a try and let me know what you think.
